10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 777phl's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777phl regarding use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

777phl reserves the right to assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions and any rights or obligations hereunder to any third party without your consent. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from 777phl, and any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
